Welcome to Bravely Living Institute for Women!
We're honored that you've chosen to invest in yourself through The Bravely Living Method. Our mission is to support women in reconnecting with their identity, strengthening self-trust, and creating meaningful, intentional lives.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or accessing the course. By completing your purchase and agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and accept the following conditions.

1. Course Description

The Bravely Living Method is a self-paced personal development and educational course designed to help women reconnect with their identity, strengthen self-awareness, establish healthy boundaries, develop self-trust, and make intentional choices.
The course includes seven learning modules:
  1. Identity
  2. Awareness
  3. Release
  4. Boundaries
  5. Self-Trust
  6. Connection
  7. Commitment
Participants may progress through the course at their own pace.

2. Course Pricing and Payment

The Bravely Living Method – Signature Course is offered for a one-time payment of $97 USD.
  • Full payment is required before course access is granted.
  • Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
  • This purchase does not create a recurring subscription.
  • Purchasing this course does not automatically enroll participants in The Bravely Living Coaching Circle membership.

3. Course Access

Upon successful payment, participants receive access to the Signature Course through the designated Bravely Living Institute learning vault.
Course access is intended exclusively for the individual purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
Access is provided for as long as the course remains available on the platform, subject to these terms. If the course is discontinued or access arrangements materially change, reasonable advance notice will be provided whenever practicable.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

The Bravely Living Method – Signature Course is a digital educational product that provides access to online learning materials immediately following purchase.
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of this course, refunds are not offered once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.
We encourage participants to carefully review the course description and details before purchasing.
This course requires a one-time payment of $97. There are no recurring subscription charges or cancellation requirements associated with this purchase.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchased course, please contact Bravely Living Institute for assistance.

5. Educational and Coaching Disclaimer

The Bravely Living Method provides personal growth education, reflective exercises, and self-development strategies.
The course is not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical care, or a substitute for professional mental health services.
Although the course is developed by a licensed mental health professional, purchasing or participating in the course does not establish a therapist-client relationship.
Participants experiencing significant emotional or psychological distress are encouraged to seek support from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

6. Personal Responsibility

Personal growth is an individual process, and each participant's experience will be different.
Participants are encouraged to engage with course materials at a pace that feels appropriate, use personal judgment when applying concepts, and seek professional support when needed.
Bravely Living Institute does not guarantee specific personal, emotional, relational, financial, or professional outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, written lessons, exercises, workbooks, downloadable resources, audio recordings, graphics, and original teaching content, are the intellectual property of Bravely Living Institute or their respective rights holders.
Participants receive a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the materials for their own educational and personal development purposes.
Materials may not be copied for distribution, reproduced for commercial purposes, sold, shared publicly, or used to create competing products without prior written permission.

8. AI Learning Companion

The course may include access to Grace, the Bravely Living AI learning companion.
Grace is designed to support course navigation, reflection, and understanding of educational concepts.
Grace is not a licensed therapist, emergency support service, or replacement for professional counseling. AI-generated responses may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate, and participants should use their own judgment.
Participants should avoid entering highly sensitive personal, financial, or medical information into the AI learning companion.

9. Platform Availability

Bravely Living Institute strives to maintain reliable access to course materials.
Occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical difficulties, third-party platform issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to make reasonable updates to the course platform, presentation, and educational materials while maintaining the essential nature of the purchased course.

10. Community Standards

If participants receive access to interactive course features or discussion spaces, they agree to communicate respectfully, protect the privacy of others, and refrain from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct.
Bravely Living Institute reserves the right to restrict access when necessary to address serious violations of these standards, consistent with applicable law.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected during enrollment, payment, and course participation will be handled according to the Bravely Living Institute Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Payment information is processed by the designated payment provider.

12. Changes to These Terms

Bravely Living Institute may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Material changes affecting existing purchasers will be communicated when appropriate.
Changes will not retroactively alter completed payment obligations without a lawful basis.
